01 / Perspective

Connecting business goals, people and technology.

For me, artificial intelligence (AI) and cloud involve practical decisions: Which use cases support the business? What changes to architecture and operations make sense? And who is accountable for delivery?

My career combines many years of professional experience in Germany, with roles in Munich, Berlin and Hamburg, and extensive experience elsewhere in Europe – in Sofia, Belgrade and Athens. I have also worked with offshore teams in India and Bangladesh.

These experiences shape how I lead: building trust, clarifying responsibilities and working towards shared goals across locations and cultures.

  1. People & leadership

Developing people, clarifying responsibilities and enabling collaboration across locations are the foundations of good leadership for me.

  2. Product perspective

I assess technical decisions by how they serve users, the business model and the product’s development.

  3. Technical practice

Software development, platform architecture and cloud give me the grounding to make informed technical decisions together with teams.

02 / Experience

03 / Focus

People. AI. Cloud.

Three connected priorities: enabling people, putting AI to practical use and creating a dependable technical foundation with cloud.

Supporting people. Developing teams.

Who makes decisions, who delivers and who is responsible for operations? My experience includes building international teams, developing people and collaboration across product, engineering and operations. For me, trust and clear responsibilities belong together.

  • Leadership
  • Team development
  • Collaboration

Bringing AI into everyday work.

What problem should AI solve, and how will its value be assessed? Before deployment, questions arise about data, access rights, output quality and human oversight. It also matters whether people adopt the application in their daily work.

  • Use cases
  • AI-assisted development
  • Automation

Connecting cloud architecture and operations.

Which applications benefit from modernisation? How do security, operational effort and costs change? My experience connects architecture work with clear technical responsibilities and collaboration across product, engineering and operations.

The story behind the domain

Where I began. The foundation for today.

After leaving school, I founded my first IT business, Kronast EDV, in 2000. I wanted to combine practical experience with a formal technical qualification. That led me to vocational training in application development at Mediadesign Hochschule für Design und Informatik (MD.H) from 2004 to 2007, qualifying as a Fachinformatiker für Anwendungsentwicklung. Kronast EDV remains my starting point. At kronast.ch, I now connect that experience with people, AI and cloud.
